Project Description

This class focuses on time under tension with slow controlled ground based exercises. The movements will be slow but we will quickly be moving from one exercise to the next to help keep the heart rate up. We will use weights as well as the Slings but we will not be working in the air. We start the class explaining some of the moves, basic form and warming up and end the class with a brief cool down.

Prereqs: some knowledge of basic fitness.
