Project Description

This 60 minute class uses Pilates-based core work to build the strength and connection to handle even the most demanding aerial moves with ease. Sliders and resistance bands will be used in addition to Silks/Slings. We will troubleshoot individual problem areas and work on maintaining excellent form in the air and on the ground. Class concludes using foam rollers and myofascial release technique.
