If an instructor misses a class due to illness or injury, we will inform you:

  • via email if the class is cancelled more than a day in advance
  • via text if the class is cancelled on the same day.

If a class is cancelled due to weather (usually snow and ice), we will notify you in the manner above.

The missed class will be made up during the break week between the current session and the next one, at the same day of the week and time as usual.

If you cannot attend that makeup class, you can use a makeup code to attend a fitness class or open practice in accordance with our makeup policy. We will not issue a refund if you cannot attend the makeup date.

If more than one class is cancelled in a session, we will issue refunds for the additional missed classes after the first one.
