Our sessions are 6-8 weeks long; if you don’t see any series classes to enroll in, it means we’re in the middle of a session. Check our calendar to see when the next session begins, and sign up for our mailing list to be notified when you can sign up. Our drop-in fitness classes are always available.
Please review our COVID-19 policies and procedures before signing up for anything. You will need to sign a COVID-specific waiver before you sign up, and you will need to fill out a health screening form each time you visit the studio. Some of our classes and open practices require masks; please read class descriptions and confirmation emails for details.

For series classes above $250, we allow you to put down a 50% deposit when you first sign up. You will be billed for your second payment the week the series begins.
