Are your invert muscles feeling anxious? Whether you’re looking to improve your core and shoulder stability, or really “get” your inversion for the very first time, come join us for a rewarding workout.

Prerequisite: at least 1 session on any apparatus.

Core Conditioning

Core conditioning is an all levels strengthening class for those trying to level up aerial and non-aerial goals. We will start off with 15 min of high energy movement to get the body mobile, followed by ab, leg, and back conditioning, ending with a cool down stretch. Fitness apparel with easy to remove layers recommended for this class. Apparatus free and open to all skill and fitness levels!

Aerial Fitness

Aerial Fitness is designed to build the strength, flexibility, and body awareness required for successful inverts in aerial arts. This class focuses on exercises that target core stability, upper body strength, and hip mobility, providing the foundational skills necessary for safe and effective inverting on apparatuses like silks, hoop, and trapeze.

Stretching and Flexibility

This class is for anyone who wants to be more flexible! We will work on hamstrings, hip openers, splits, backbends, and accessing more range of motion in those pesky tight aerialist shoulders. Focusing on both active and passive stretches, we will give you the tools to continue your flexibility journey with more success.
