Our sessions are 6-8 weeks long; if you don’t see any series classes to enroll in, it means we’re in the middle of a session. Check our calendar to see when the next session begins, and sign up for our mailing list to be notified when you can sign up. Our drop-in fitness classes are always available.
Please review our COVID-19 policies and procedures before signing up for anything. You agree to stay home if you have COVID or have had exposure as part of our waiver, and you will need to fill out a health screening form each time you visit the studio. Some of our classes and open practices may require masks; please read class descriptions and confirmation emails for details.

For series classes above $200, we allow you to put down a 50% deposit when you first sign up. You will be billed for your second payment the week before the series begins.
