Please review our policies and entry/exit procedures before signing up for anything; you will need to sign a COVID-specific waiver before you sign up, and you will need to fill out a health screening form each time you visit the studio.

As always, please let us know if you have questions or concerns. Thanks, and welcome!

Overview

  • We are only allowing 10 people in the space at a time.

  • We require all staff, students and visitors to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test from the past 7 days. You may show your vaccine card (or a photo of it on your phone) to a staff member, who will make a note of it in our booking system for future reference, and you won’t have to show it again. If you choose to provide a negative test, you must show a new one every week.

  • Masks over nose and mouth are mandatory at all times for all students, staff and visitors. You may pull your mask to the side to drink water, or take a mask break outside. Please wash your hands when you come back inside after a mask break.

  • We have installed an air scrubber in our air conditioning unit to help clean the air in the space. The industrial bay door will be open during all activities for additional air flow.

  • There is a 10-minute break between each class or open practice to allow time for surface disinfection and student entry and exit.

  • Whenever possible, apparatuses are quarantined for 24 hours between uses. There will be some apparatus sharing during rope, hoop or trapeze classes; if you prefer not to share, please contact us before you sign up for these classes to make sure we can accommodate your preference. Students are welcome to bring their own apparatus to use.

  • Open practices are only available for signups 5 days or fewer in advance.

  • No non-student guests will be allowed in the studio without prior approval from staff, to ensure that the space stays at or under our capacity limit.

Student Entry and Exit Procedures

These are the entry and exit procedures as of August 30, 2020. We may change these procedures as circumstances in St. Louis city and county change.

11/19/2021 updates:

  • We no longer require students and staff to stay in specific zones throughout their visit.
  • We do not ask students to wait outside until called in, but we do ask that they not arrive more than 10 minutes early, and to wait outside if the studio is at capacity.
  • Students may exit through the bay door.
