St. Louis Aerial Collective is now open for private lessons, open practices, online classes and a limited apparatus class series, all for students with aerial experience. We are not currently offering private parties, beginner trial classes, youth classes, or anything for students who have not yet tried aerial; this is for safety’s sake because our instructors will not get close enough to their students to spot them.

Please review our new policies and entry/exit procedures before signing up for anything; you will need to sign a COVID-specific waiver before you sign up, and you will need to fill out a health screening form each time you visit the studio. If you plan to travel on a plane, dine indoors, or visit a COVID hotspot during one of our sessions, it’s better if you don’t sign up for that session.

As always, please let us know if you have questions or concerns. Thanks, and welcome back!

Overview

  • We are only allowing 4 students and 1 instructor in the space at a time.

  • We will not overlap classes, private lessons or open practices.

  • Masks over nose and mouth are mandatory at all times for all students and staff, no exceptions. People may pull their mask to the side to drink water, and mask breaks outside are allowed.

  • Each student has an assigned zone that they must stay in during their visit, unless they need water, the restroom, a mask break or fitness equipment.

  • We have installed an air scrubber in our air conditioning unit to help clean the air in the space.

  • There is a 15-minute break between each class or appointment for student entry and exit and to allow staff to disinfect surfaces.

  • All studio apparatuses are quarantined for at least 24 hours between each use. Students are welcome to bring their own apparatus to use.

  • Open practices are only available for signups 3 days or fewer in advance.

  • No non-student guests will be allowed in the studio at all.

Student Entry and Exit Procedures

These are the entry and exit procedures as of August 30, 2020. We may change these procedures as circumstances in St. Louis city and county change.

Check-In Form

You will need to fill out this form 12 hours or fewer before each time you visit the studio, to verify that you haven’t experienced symptoms or engaged in specific high-risk behaviors.
