05/20/2021: St. Louis Aerial Collective is open for private lessons, open practices, drop-in fitness classes, small private parties and a limited apparatus class series. We are not yet offering youth classes.

Please review our policies and entry/exit procedures before signing up for anything; you will need to sign a COVID-specific waiver before you sign up, and you will need to fill out a health screening form each time you visit the studio.

As always, please let us know if you have questions or concerns. Thanks, and welcome!

Overview

  • We are only allowing 6 students and 1 instructor in the space at a time.

  • We will not overlap classes or open practices.

  • Masks over nose and mouth are mandatory at all times for all students and staff, no exceptions. People may pull their mask to the side to drink water, and mask breaks outside are allowed.

  • We have installed an air scrubber in our air conditioning unit to help clean the air in the space.

  • There is a 15-minute break between each class or appointment for student entry and exit and to allow staff to disinfect surfaces.

  • All studio apparatuses are quarantined for at least 24 hours between each use. Students are welcome to bring their own apparatus to use.

  • Open practices are only available for signups 5 days or fewer in advance.

  • No non-student guests will be allowed in the studio at all.

Student Entry and Exit Procedures

These are the entry and exit procedures as of August 30, 2020. We may change these procedures as circumstances in St. Louis city and county change.

05/19/2021 updates

  • We no longer require students and staff to stay in specific zones throughout their visit.
  • We do not ask students to wait outside until called in, but we do ask that they not arrive more than 10 minutes early.
  • Students may exit through the bay door.

Check-In Form

You will need to fill out this form 12 hours or fewer before each time you visit the studio, to verify that you haven’t experienced symptoms or engaged in specific high-risk behaviors.
